PS3 slim shall replace the classic? Let’s hope not.

About few days back then Sony has unveiled its glory gem like PS3 Slim. Same mar­ket­ing tac­tic like PS2 but just a lit­tle dif­fer­ent here. I have seen many peo­ple com­plain a lot about the con­sole itself such as PS2 com­pat­i­bil­ity and Linux. I’m not a fan­boy here because as I, myself, hate fan­boy. But I would say that is bull­shit. Ever since Sony stopped man­u­fac­tur­ing the 60GB fat one, PS3 has gone down worse in hard­ware and such (except price). So I can­not see how is PS3 future gonna be. Well, and how is the so-called slim one is dif­fer­ent from the clas­sic aka. fat one, beside the size and weight. Almost noth­ing, there is changes in hard­ware but still fail when com­pared to the orig­i­nal one. So try to imag­ine the fat one minus some part off like ver­ti­cal stand, Linux, less power con­sume, etc. Ring any bells? No? Then read this on Engad­get, you’ll get it.

Oh! Did I men­tion that you got to pay $24 more for a ver­ti­cal stand? That’s a real pain in the ass. For 24 bucks, you can spend on some­thing else like sausages, owned game, or DVD movie, or some sausages. For a design? Per­son­ally, I like the old design more than the new one. ’cause look at the fat it’s like some sort of com­puter and when you stack them together it will look like a refrig­er­a­tor. Just jok­ing, but seri­ously the old design rules.

Hey hey, I’m not here to con­vince you (yes, you) to buy the orig­i­nal one or get an Xbox instead. That’s the mat­ter that you gotta decide on your own. So if you don’t like my cri­tique then you can throw some shit at me.

Last but not least, this post might be a lit­tle seri­ous here if you don’t like it then just wait for the next one. Won’t let you down folks. Heard me? Good.
